We turn an idea into a buildable design, with every discipline working from the same model and the same basis.

  • Feasibility studies and conceptual design
  • Basic engineering and front-end engineering design (FEED)
  • Detailed engineering across process, mechanical, piping, civil and structural, electrical, and instrumentation and control
  • Hazard and safety studies

Service 2

Project management consultancy

If you prefer to keep contractors under your own control, we manage the project for you, from planning to handover.

  • Project planning, cost and schedule control
  • Procurement and vendor management
  • Construction supervision and quality control
  • Pre-commissioning and commissioning management

Service 3

EPC contracting

A single contract for design, supply and construction, with one team accountable for cost, schedule and performance.

FAQ

Common questions

What does EPC mean?

EPC stands for engineering, procurement and construction. One contractor designs the facility, buys the equipment and materials, builds it and hands over a working plant, so the owner deals with a single accountable party.

What is the difference between EPC and PMC?

In an EPC contract the contractor carries out the design, purchasing and construction itself. In a project management consultancy (PMC) role, the consultant manages and supervises the project on the owner's behalf while other firms carry out the work.

Which contract models do you offer?

We work on lump-sum turnkey and cost-plus (reimbursable) bases, and we can take a project from front-end engineering design (FEED) through to full EPC execution.

Do you work on existing plants?

Yes. Revamps and capacity enhancements are planned around operating facilities, with tie-ins and shutdown work sequenced to limit downtime.
